fat brackets super easy to install, i did upgrade the small bolts to a bit longer stainless 1/4 20 bolt with a fender washer on the inside.

I’m a daily commuter on my bike in Texas. My helmet feels like an oven. On the flip side, it gets terribly cold in the winter.

@@VikingBagsYT indeed, I’ve had days where I ride my bike to work, but then it’ll ice over and I end up leaving my bike here for a few days until the ice melts. Sometimes you can wear shorts in the morning and then there will snow in the evening. The temperature swing can be 30 degrees plus in a day sometimes.

These are the Large Patriot Throw Over Bags. The bigger one has a more rectangular shape, the smaller one is more of a box.

It would be nice to have a low rider bag kit without having to move the turn signals. Now I just 1:47 a backpack around the backrest. I don’t own a car so this is my only ride.

There should be enough clearance that the bag is not touching the exhaust nor near the opening where heat is expelled.

You can easily use a wet rag. The exterior of these leather bags is weather-resistant so you don't have to worry about water damage.
