I just love how by the end, all semblance of lyric has gone out the window and he is reduced to letting out primal sounding screams. I really feel that.

Mi canción favorita en esta etapa de mi vida donde mi soberbia y mi sed de poder retuercen esa imagen mía en el espejo, donde todas las heridas del pasado se congregan para generar en mi una sed de ambición donde me niego a ver la realidad como es

Nothing impales a heart more than an admitted self-defeat expressed in a beautifully genuine song by a profound long-term suffering charismatic man like Michael Gira. Superorganic!

The lyrics by themselves as transparent and intimately retrospective they are stand alone as a testament to M.Giras God given genius how he even managed to coalesce sonically make it even more emotionally penetrating and potent . Music today doesn't provoke people to think ,feel or change its just there to bemuse people to a state of vacuity but through the obfuscation of distractions, prejudices and corporate rapacity we are fortunate enough to have someone like Michael imparts an inner world of experience through sound and words forcing us to remember we are in all actuality real and live and move and have being
