Hi CJ, thank you for a great video with all the itemized costs. For your US phone number maintenance, I would suggest you transition to Skype if you don’t have a problem using a new phone number. Monthly Skype subscription with a US phone number is only $3.92. This way you can use Skype as your 2-factor authentication and save about $50.00/month. If your current US phone number is important to you, you might be able to port it over to Google Voice and use Google Voice instead (Skype doesn’t seem to have this capability with phone number port). Good luck and enjoy your time in Vietnam!

Haha, that roundabout is insane!! I live in Da Nang and am yet to go to Saigon. I love riding my scooter in DN and the surrounding area but we got nothing that’d compare to that roundabout… Hue has a big one centrally, and I also had to take a deep breath the first time I drove into that and encountered “roundabout freestyle”, lol. But yeah, it feels so much friendlier actually riding the scooters than just watching it from outside (where it looks scary as fuck). People watch out for one another, they have to (seeing how crazy some drive lol)

Ug, read Psalm 14 and Psalm 53 they both say, the fool said in his heart there is no God. More and more scientists are starting to believe in creation instead of evolution. I understand that biblically the earth already existed from a previous creation. But since nothing is on it, I only care about our 6,000 years of creation history. So I know that in the flood all land creatures died but not the sea creatures. So, if evolution is millions of years in the past, why is a Japanese fishing boat fishing out a plesiosaur carcass out of the ocean in 1975. Which according to evolutionists were extinct 60,000 million years ago.

I think there is a God. But religions are about geographical destiny, I don't think it's really something coming from God.

What are you basing this on? As a Christian, I believe the Bible to be an account of events that point to God. You believe there is a God, based on what? How do you know "destination" isn't something religion should have at least some focus on? I don't love Jesus for the purpose of destination. I love Jesus because of what he did for me on the cross, which happens to also be the means to me reaching the destination.

@@ugursaucyber8127 if the books of the Bible, specifically the New testament, were indeed written by those that knew Jesus, they were quite convinced Jesus was who he claimed to be. Specifically Paul, who was opposed to Christianity, being fully aware of the old testament, came to not only believe, but to preach the same message he once persecuted. Similarity to old legends does not automatically rule out the Bible. Fulfilled prophecy, and archeological finds also offer support for it. No, there isn't a single piece of evidence that proves it all true. But examining the evidence, we have to decide what we believe. That's where faith comes in. If Jesus did indeed exist, and he did the things the writers were willing to die proclaiming, including being willing to die a terrible torturous death, they must have believed it. I don't think they would have done so if they knew it to be a lie.

CJ, Thank you for your Excellent talk and testimony. I've been a silent viewer of your channel for nearly a year. Even though I subscribed to your channel, your videos never came up on my KZfaq, until today! Since then, I sold nearly all I own and left the US Thanksgiving day 2023 and been in HCM District 7 since. I attended a few churches and have a couple Christian friends. I truly agree with your outlook on a minimalistic life. I assume we're close to the same age. I was raised in a small Christian family. I wondered off coarse many times in life but the Heavenly Father (Lord) pulled me out of the ditch that I drove myself into every time, when I came back to my father in need. Hope to hear from you and maybe talk someday. God bless you Brother. Jon

If one wants to live in Vietnam long term, how many visa runs can you actually do on the 90 days e-visa until you can no longer?
@CJHealthyLife2 ай бұрын
There is no stated length of time that I am aware of on how many times you can renew. However, if you are following the procedure, I believe you can do multiples on multiples. I have heard of ex-pats now doing multiple 90 day visas without a problem. But it is wise to always have a Plan B and a back up country to go into, if for whatever reason you are denied.

Hi - If I remembering correctly is that visa are good for 90 days instead of 30 days? When you arrived at the custom they will ask how long will you be staying and if you're staying over 2 months they will stamp for a 90 days stay. After 90 days you can ask for extension which will give you another 90 days, after that you will need to do a visa run.
@CJHealthyLifeАй бұрын
I am not sure what the procedure is now but when I did it, you had to decide 30 or 90 days upon application. If you have any information about it, I would be happy to hear.
