This is a weird compressor….not a bad one me but not a great one….i e had it for years now and the easy thing about it is you know when it’s correct but I feel like correct sometimes doesn’t cut it on this compressor

coming back to this video after all this time I think a cool update would be to have a dual display version that does this exact thing in one GUI. i can imagine all of the cool features in an update like this while being able to render out the click and the tail separately or add saturation to the tail end only, etc....

Great video. Something I can't seem to figure though. On your ANA 2 for bass, you have Macro 1 set as "Pitch Transient". Much as I've looked though I can't see this on my ANA 2. Which is fully up to date.

Thanks for the detailed overview! Soundwise i think it´s really one of the best free ones out there, my only problem is that all sounds are already panned /have a fixed panning, I´m aware that this mimics " a real orchstra" but i´d rather have every sound in the middle so i can choose myself whether i want to pan the sound or leave it idead center.
