Maybe using a cast iron grill top. But it's definitely greased. And bruh was quick scraping it off. Enough time to melt the cheese without sticking.

I think the trick is the hot flat top. It crisps the cheese before it can stick.

@@kparkermillennium you’re actually better off waiting longer if you don’t want it to stick. The longer you cook cheese the more it crisps & loses its moisture.

Disagree. I think Pad Thai is the entry level for Thai food, and then you should begin to explore other dishes after you get your foot in the door.

I love thai and indian food so much, but probably eat it every couple of years just because of the amount of spice infused. The flavors are so yummy but I also feel like I’m eating pepper spray, so I gotta pick my battles 😅 I wish I could handle it, it’s just too unpleasant.
