Can you please explain in more detail what the values on the Google sheet mean? For example in my case the clog3 have a value of .343 and since the closest Grey point in that document is 0.36 and means 1 stop over I should expose 1 stop over, right? But why are you looking at the normalized value and not the 10bit?

This was an incredible video bro, lots of gems in here! I will say the Tip video meeter did get a little distracting at times. I'd say either make it slightly transparent or only show it in between tips or while you are talking to the camera
