Maybe one inch or a half inch. I don’t think it makes a huge difference. Little bit of placebo. On an NBA floor maybe a bigger difference

I think generation 3 dunkers like you said will most definitely grow and push the awareness of the sport. We've got more women doing it now too, and groups like the World Dunk Association aiming to push it as far as possible!

I agree, getting women involved is paramount! Need more coverage because the inspiration is everything. It will help when there are more women under 6’ dunking to show others that it’s possible which it very much is.

Great question! Sounds rudimentary but you have to jump for height and not the 360. Very easy to get caught up focusing on the spin and get a low jump that’s awkward because you don’t have enough time in the air to feel it out. The 360 will come as long as that’s your initial intent but it’s if not just do true 180’s till you’re great at them. You can get 70-90 degrees of rotation solely from rotating your torso so lead with your upper spine and eyes. I will cover this in a future video more in depth!!!

These kind of sessions I feel like , while may not the most satisfying in the moment, are what make athletes great! Find a way to win every session. Also love the "ba-ba-ba" of the eastbay transfer sound / rhythm. I will be doing a lot of that today lol

100% agree. Your musical self would pick up on that! The more sounds the better. You can definitely hear when it goes right. One of my favourite parts of watching in person dunking up close is the resonance you hear in a wood floor when a pro puts a ton of force into it.

Will do more often! There isn’t, it just keeps repeating. I may take a day off if necessary but haven’t so far. Have done 2.5 of these so far. Outputs haven’t dropped. After the back to back upper days I feel ready to jump. We’ll see how long that lasts :)
