I'm going to have to break that habit. But it's hard especially with people who are close to you. I sometimes call myself the lone ranger because people don't know what I'm going through. And wouldn't believe it if I told them. It is difficult to keep this secret. I wish I could find some one whose going through the same thing that I am going through, but it seems as if they are all gone. Peace and good health always 😊

Thank you. I've learned to do the exact same thing but I have mobility issues so instead of walking I ride my electric bike. I haven't ridden a bike in over 40 years until now but it has helped tremendously with transforming my negative energy.

So true, oh my you have it all correct and even though I feel drained sometimes I just push through it. This started like three years ago for me and has been beautiful and even though my whole immediate family has died and I'm the only one left I still love life.I now know that I am a spirit having a human experience, so I try not to be so hard on my self.
