The folly of electric buses, will mean that these buses will weigh an awful lot more than ICE buses, doing more damage to our roads and all the carbon emissions of repairing them. Then there is the folly of how they will be powered. It won't be green. Plus they will take a lot more energy to manufacture and scrap than ICE buses. Far greener to keep the current fleet on the road.

How about just EV swapping the buses instead of trashing them and buying all new? Oh yeah. The bribes aren’t as good for cost saving responsible use of tax dollars.

Another made up, nonsense video, from some ignorant foreigner. Obviously, no one cares about facts. They just press buttons and add sound FX.

Routemaster busses would still be in service if we weren't going down this "Net Zero" rabbit hole.

The AEC Routemaster was built in lieu of the Trolley Bus. Sadly L.T. didn't put up wires in the suburbs. So they brought in the Routemaster to run as economically near as possibly to the trolley buses.

We have the night tube you know... Pubs on Fridays/weekend are open very late, bars and clubs open to 4am... No one rushes for the tube anymore if they want to stay up! London Nightlife is equal possibly better than NYC.. because of the ridiculous range of bars, clubs and pubs. The pub culture alone smokes anything in America.
