making a bouquet for my mom in addition to presents :) i haven't done any project before so i was scared. but it was actually easy! (which is why i went for bouquet). very good tutorial, thank you (often tutorials assume you already know what is this and that, and i'm just sitting here trying to take a wild guess lmao)

Thank you, Nicki, for this excellent video! One quick question - why not a ch 1 at the beginning of each new round after the ss? Just curious. Also, I was today years old when I realized that whatever number round you are on, that's the total of the repeat. In other words, if you are on round 3, the repeat is 1 in the first stitch, then 2 in the next stitch - so 1stitch plus 2 stitches is 3 or 3rd round. Round 4 repeat is 1, 1, 2 or 1 plus 1 plus 2 which equals 4 or round 4! Realizing that has helped me a lot. Hope my explanation was clear.

I didn't have a problem with the chain count, I couldn't get the thing to not twist when I went to make the circle. So I did a sc foundation stitch. Worked soooo much better for me! I love the idea of putting the first chain on the hook & ignoring it!

As long as you understand, you won't need more rows for a video tutorial ❤️

Another question: I’m using Ferris Wheel yarn with another “worsted” but Ferris wheel is really almost a 3 weight and the swatch looks funny. Would there be a problem using a dk weight to better match the Ferris wheel?
