Nothing specific with the temperature. Chilled is more than enough. Actually agar has the ability to solidify 42 C. However we use chilled oil, to instantly cool with the round shape and gel up before it reaches the base of the glass. Hope is answers your question.

60 GM's each butter, egg whites, honey and low gluten flour. Make a base mixture. Add around 1 tsp of cinnamon powder to 80 to 100 GM's of the base mixture. Caster sugar as required for coating.

If you want to store it, you could transfer them to an Airtight container or cling wrap them and keep them in chiller for up to 3 days. However, as it just takes few minutes to prepare them, I prefer producing them when needed.

It didnt work at my attempt. What did i do wrong? The bubbles felt togehter when i put it in to the sieve.

Hi! There could be a few reasons for that problem. The agar quantity is not enough or the oil temperature was not cold enough to solidify it. Do check the quality of the agar as well. Hope this helps

@@user-pm9qr6bz4w orange juice -100 ml, agar agar-1 gm. Mix the two, bring it to a boil simmer for a bit, transfer to a bottle, reduce temperature slightly, drop in chilled oil, rinse and serve.

Yes it can be made with Alcohol. If you boil, the alcohol is going to evaporate. So it would be good to warm the alcohol but boil the agar with some water instead and add the mix to the warm alcohol and follow the precess.

Yes for sure. You might want to increase the ratio of Calcium Lactate slightly for the texture. It may not however give you the flowing egg yolk kind of texture if the pulp is too thick.

Hi! In an airtight container, it should keep well for 2-3 days. However, I prefer fresh ones as it actually doesn't take long to prep.

Yes it is definitely possible to store. Just cling wrap the container with it and place it in Chiller.
