Thanks for the video! II disassembled my 24 year old Tromm today because it was getting squeaky. I cleaned a clump of lint out of the motor fan and cleaned some smudges on the wear surfaces of the drum and it it spinning like a top again. The design and construction look great and I’m expecting another 24 years service :-)

I don't have a drier but after all these videos i tried not using softeners and no. My biggest issue is i have a cat and ive learned that apparently fabric softener helps get the cat hair off clothes. Im assuming it floofs up the fibers making the hairs and lint easier to slide off. So for now until i find something better im choosing clean clothes.

(That you know of) My friend has one of those fancy 'newer' ones (from 5 years ago or so), and it keeps making hella noise / walking around, even after leveling it (and with a dryer on top too) Could that be the same problem maybe..?

dryer balls (made of felted wool) are a must. you can get 5 for 10 bucks. the hard part is remmembering to pull them out of dried loads and keep them away from the dog
