I tested my bank angle sensor and when I tested the red/white wire with the green wire, it read close to the battery voltage. Any chance anyone knows what that means? When I tested the white/black wire with the green wire it read close to the battery voltage as well.

Just tighten the screws more and it will become more difficult to fold. Honestly though they don’t fold super easy so they won’t just flip up by accident. Never happened to me. Maybe if they were some Chinese brand or some but these are solid.

@@MotoBikeMike Mike my man appreciate the reply. Perhaps I read too much into the potential dangers. I just ordered the same ones diff color for my R1M. I ride too aggressively and race too much for it to potential flip up. Do you reckon if I really tighten them up they couldn’t be forced to fold by normal pressure only thru excessive force?

@comonerleon I would say yes to if you tighten them enough they would only fold with excessive force. At the very least to the point you would feel comfortable it would definitely not be accidentally flipped up without purposely doing it or sliding. Keep tightening until you feel you like it. I tighten mine enough that it almost didn’t move so I loaned it just a tad. I also took them apart and added blue lock tight on and just make sure it’s all good. I think it’s good practice to double check all. Never know if it was made on a Friday 😂. Like the old saying goes never buy something made on a Friday or a Monday.

I have a 190 on my cbr but I also have a different tires with different tred on the front I get a wobble feeling at high speed. Could it be down to tires or somthing else?

The front tire probably needs to be rebalanced. Good chance anyway if you’re get a wobble at high speed or wheel bearings

Hey man I was watching a video sometime ago about chasing a no prime issue on a cbr it was a 3 part series and their was a part you were taking about the fuel pump wires and on my bike the middle wire has continuity with the ground bu also carry’s a 1.8v current through it is that normal ? Any help is much appreciated I been trying to get this bike to run for a while

What mode is the best and give more power to bike R or S ?

Each mode has the same power BUT what it does is massively reduce engine braking. Race mode has very minimal engine braking so when you roll of the throttle like a normal motorcycle the engine starts to slow the bike down. In race mode on the Aprilia it does not so you don’t lose power or speed while rolling off the throttle and you would use brakes more like in a race. Track mode has slightly more engine braking and S is street mode it has normal engine braking.

I'm having the exact same problem. This stuff is terrible and flings off all into my mudguard and front sprocket area. It also dissolved the pre-existing lube inside the links and made a huge mess of my wheel.

You must not have used a textile jacket that has holes in it if you say perf learher flows more air. My Icon Contra 2 jacket is almost like not wearing a jacket because mesh flows just so much air. In Virginia it gets too hot to wear leather in the summer because the sun will fry you even when moving. Its so hot even in mesh with highway riding i will still will be sweaty when I get to my destination. It doesnt have rhe same level of slide protection as leather but from other people who have crashed if don't buy a cheap textile jacket you won't get road rash. The jacket will be done but it does its job. The people with road rash has an urban city level low speed jacket and then went down at at 50mph and wonder why it shreaded. If you are doing higher speeds you need more than 450D fabric for a slide.

My pump only kicks on if I bypass the fuel pump relay. Killswitch will turn the pump on and off if that relay is jumped. Any ideas ? Mines a 03. Ignition diode is bypassed. Tip sensor is bypassed.

Hi, I have an 04 CBR1000rr and, the FI fuse keeps blowing. Disconnecting the ECU, it doesn't blow. I had this issue about a year ago, changed ECU and it fixed the problem. I have the problem again. Hoping it isn't the ECU again, these are expensive. Last time I checked the bike over, I couldn't find any shorts, so almost clueless why this has happened yet again. Disconnected the regulator / stator. Fuse stays fine. Would appreciate some guidance if you could. I am thinking there is a serious short somewhere. Bike died when I was out for a ride. Battery extremely hot. When I was out for that ride, the battery already stopped charging, so I had to bump start it. After a while it completely died and now this fuse blows :(

Quick shift works the exact same, no adjustments needed when swapping over to GP shift. Just install and that’s it. Only changes the mechanical parts and no adjustments needed.
