Okay. I’ve watched this twice. iPhone then on a larger screen, the graphics were so small, SO. APPEARS THE TALENT IS much better, the depth is better, the organization has improved overall AFTER the State of Florida Laws were changed, allowing the University’s to compete nationally. Shouldn’t you take historical data from the NFL draft and starting salaries and model the NCAA relative pricing for salary cap maintenance? I think the matrix you used doesn’t account for risk/shelf life that an implied multiple from NFL starting salary would.

Napier clearly had QB coaching chops. He deserves some credit for AR being as ready as he was for the NFL after only a year of starting experience. I also respect Napier for being dedicated to the job. He doesn't seem to want to go anywhere. Give him his whole 7 year contract and then decide.

What’s wrong with the defense? A 30 year-old DC whose only prior DC experience was in the sun belt. Just a horses arse hire for a place like UF

I would bench Scooby. He is the worst tackler i have ever seen. He runs right by so many players & barely gets a hand on them. I think that many of the players coming out of HS today are AFRAID of hitting guys head on. Constantly diving at their feet & taking angles so that they dont meet head on for the tackle. I think they do this purposely. They are scared of getting trucked by somebody. Watch the teams rated high on defense & you will see the difference. Players are more worried about getting embarrassed or hurt. This was ALOT LESS common in decades past.
