I have that exact same Costco cable machine. The workout looks good but i feel like for me personally using the cable machine is kess stress on my joins (not really sure if thats true or not, im not an exlert by any sense of the imagination). Is something like this possible with the cable machine?

@FitItFitnessNoel I have been on a calorie deficiency with high protein and I rotate between heavy and light weights I will definitely try your high rep idea. I'm not sure what you mean by circuits. The hardest thing so far is my abdominal area

@@stevenwells9617 Circuits are doing 3 or more exercises in one set, with minimal or no rest between the exercises before taking a break. The exercises can target the same muscle group or different muscle groups.
