I don’t have specifically s’mores shells, but my macaron 101 video has my shell recipe in the description of the video and then for the filling I use my chocolate ganache from My top 5 fillings video and marshmallow fluff in the center. 🙌🏼🍫

I don’t think it’s bad you eat those everyday. Those have meat and vegetables, it is better than fast food/ junk food. It’s like saying “is it bad that I eat vegetables every day?” If what you’re eating is healthy, it’s GOOD that you’ve had that every day for lunch this week.

Your loaf came out beautiful! I love sourdough bread. But my hubby does not, so, I usually just use the discard in my loaves of bread or anything else that I make bread -wise. I do draw the line at cake and cookies 🤣.

Good information. I started my first sourdough starter in May and it took only one week to be active. I made a loaf and it was so amazing! I put in the fridge a few days and did let it set out and fed it before trying my second loaf and it just didn’t rise. 🤔 I ended up making a mock focaccia bread with rosemary and garlic. It tasted like pizza 😅 It was good BUT I can’t get my starter back to smelling sour and ride my bread. So weird. 🤷♀️

As long as it’s not too forceful where it causes lopsided macarons, that should be just fine. Make sure it distributes air evenly over your macarons
