Chill well 2.0 as it is called is nothing more than a glorified swamp cooler. It is an air cooler (not airconditioner). The Intel Corp is in New Jersey and it seems to be nothing more than an office or distribution point. The product itself only rates about 1.7 in reviews. The unit is overpriced and has a fan insufficient to do anything other than spray mist. Save your money and aggravation by steering clear of what appears to be a sham company.
