Pain Remains. Holy Hell what a masterpiece of a track. When I first listened to the entire piece start to finish with the lyrics on screen, by the end I was legitimately in tears. I FELT the emotion behind this track, and every time I hear that intro now I feel it all over again. Lorna Shore crafted something truly special with this track that NO ONE was prepared for when they heard it, and they deserve every ounce of praise for it. An interesting story I remember hearing about was Will apparently listened back to the whole thing, by himself in the studio when they finished it, and the other members found him in tears (feel free to fact check that, I don't know for sure if it's true).

I have seen alot of music video trying to explain what it's like over there. This is by far and above the most accurate. From first enlisting to going back after losing friends. Even the survivors guilt. I was 2002-2003 and it got pretty rough sometimes. The scenes where he is sitting on the porch just smoking and losing it in the garage? I have lost track of how many times I have had those episodes. It's taken 20 years to get help but the V.A finally decided to do something around here. Granted it's just a dozen different medications, but it's a start I guess!
