Что даже дети ели каких-то муравьев и мохнатых то ли гусениц то ли червяков. Меня аж передернуло, хотя я тоже росла в ужасающей нищете, в коммунальной квартире с одним умывальником с холодной водой на три семьи, с печкой, которая все время разваливалась. Дом-то старый, ветхий. Но все же меня поразила бедность и нищета семьи этого маленького мальчика в рассказе. Вызывает жалость и сочувствие
