Hi.. This video was issued 3 years ago I hope you can help me. I am Cuban and I am married to a Canadian citizen in an 11 year old marriage and product of which we have 2 children of 7 and 4 years old.... We have been separated for two years. As I live in Cuba it has always been very difficult for him to support the family economically but since we are no longer together a year ago he has not passed alimony to the children. He is a gentleman of legal age is already retired and collects his pension in addition to

In addition it is also in the Canada pension plan CPP.. The children are the two Canadian citizens although they have never gone to their country as neither have I. He refuses to send the pension because he alleges that I have a partner and that this man should take care of that matter. And that in addition he is withdrawn and his money no one can touch him nor can anyone force him to send a pension. It is very hard for me because I live in a country where life is very complicated and much more if there are children to raise.

He also knows that for me to make a demand from this country is an endless story could take years to get any response ... My question is how could I sue him in Canada while I was here in Cuba how they could help me and who could help me. Thatnks
