My fathers brother Abuti Lebusa would play his LP on one beautiful Saturday in the farm we were staying in 1982, 1983, 1984 etc, our neighbors would come to our house and dance. Good old song and good old music

Why can't you accept or appreciate what Dan Warlick said i/o trying to find some reasoning behind? Why is it so hard to accept that Elvis was just a human being like all of us. We all have our health issues and concerns, it was not different with Elvis. I lost friends and relatives even at a younger age. That is life. Elvis was not tall at all. When you look at his clothes on display - you can easily see that he was not tall . He indeed was wearing special shoes to look taller (up to 6 inches I read). 5 ft 10 and 205 pounds was still too much. His face and body often looked swollen but does not always mean that he increased in weight. I grew up and enjoyed his music a lot and he was great.
