Monica was so ahead of her time. It’s a shame that she was born so early if she was born in 2005 I swear she would be so famous. She literally spun gold out of hay. I remember I saw this in 1997 and it just blew my mind, it was the coolest thing that I’ve ever seen at that time and she literally had a budget of probably 500 bucks who knows I really don’t know. Maybe it was 1000 but I just can’t believe how entertaining this is so low budget. I love Monica. I love her, I mean come on look at Madonna and Lady Gaga and all these other famous people performance artists they had a huge unlimited budget they get to do multiple takes before anyone sees it. She had one take and she didn’t have unlimited budget and she’s so freaking entertaining it’s so intricate and soamazing she literally made magic happen. She’s absolutely amazing and I can guarantee you Madonna watched a lot of her performances and totally copied some things and Lady Gaga and she never got credit for it which is a shame.
