when do you know the foods done
@joelevi
@joelevi 4 жыл бұрын
Same way as cooking in a pot or slow cooker, or in your regular oven. You're targeting an internal temperature of a certain degree - depending on what you're cooking. You could put a temperature probe into your meat (for example), or just leave it cooking for a good long time. When you take the pot out, cut into your food (meat, potato, etc.) and see if it's "done". If not, put it back in for longer. :)

This is a well made video but....I have this holster. I think its a piece of shit. If you need to quickly draw out your weapon, this is not the holster you want. Very hard to withdraw from, even with becoming an expert at locating the pathetic little release mechanism, you have to push hard and then it still takes some doing to retrieve your weapon. After pressing release it has so much pull to retrieve gun your pants go from hip level to upper part of your waist. This POS could get you killed.

I just bought this holster today for my smith and wesson sd40ve and I found it cheaper at Wal-Mart for 27 dollars and some cents. I like it's securing the trigger so I'm not able to pull the trigger or if a little child were to to reach for me and not knowing it's there makes the difference for me

go ahead and buy this holster if you want to ruin the finish on your gun (glock). Im speaking from experience, got a new G23 this year and used this holster and the gun literally has more slide wear on it than my 10 year old G17 .

how is the dual compost tumbler holding up
@joelevi
@joelevi 8 жыл бұрын
+qreaigh So far so good. The "put new material in this side" clip was lost long ago, and the metal bars that hold the doors closed have gotten plugged up a few times and are starting to oxidize. Neither of those impacts functionality. The only real complaint is that the tip of the "stop rotating pin" got bent (it popped out of "open") when the composter was being spun. So now that side doesn't lock in place. We just moved it from our house in suburbia to our new home in the country, so we're in the process of filling it up. No compost this year. :(

That's a risky thing to do as a non-citizen to have possession of a firearm. In Washington State and many others States I believe it is a Federal offence to do so..
@joelevi
@joelevi 10 жыл бұрын
I can't speak for all States, but the concept ~should~ be the same. The Constitution doesn't qualify who gets to exercise Rights, and we generally hold that "all men are created equal". Since a Canadian in the US can enjoy freedom of the Press, of Religion, of Speech, to be secure in his property against unreasonable searches, why wouldn't the Second Amendment's Right to Keep and Bear Arms apply as well? If that's illegal in Washington State, it looks like you've got your work cut out for you. Start meeting with legislators to get that bogus law nixed.
