Tried to recharge my AC, and the low pressure valve read 95 PSI. The recommended range is like 30. Could this switch be the problem? Or is my compressor shot?

Was your AC not flowing cool air, but just normal air? I have the same problem, its just a ventilator now but not cooling

I think 18 still have the dipstick on top, extract oil from dipstick it’s around 6.3 liters exchange, drain it’s around 6.5 liter I think

Just had my A4 b8 ac gas recharged, nothing, not cooling at all still, workshop wanted 180 euros (on top of the 80 I just paid for the gas) to 'repair' the aircon, found your video and ordered a new switch for 58€, it arrives tomorrow, I'm hoping and confident that you just saved me 120€ or a sweltering summer on the Costa del Sol 🥵 thanks for posting, I'll let you know how it goes 👍🏻

Thank you very much brother! It helped me a lot, I was in the same situation after removing my glove box and cleaning the air conditioning evaporator. I think it was a short circuit, but disconnecting the main battery worked to fix all the lights in my instrument cluster.

Great video. Would welcome a full diy on the plug change. Also, have you done an air oil separator (AOS) preemptive replacement to prevent the rear main seal blowout? If so, would appreciate a video walking through how to.

@@exploreyour4359 I think one the e63s, you need to drop the engine to remove the charge air cooler and gain access to the oil separator

I have mercedez e350 2010. One of the front turns signal light works for about 45 seconds, and then stop working right after I start the car. I checked, and all light bulbs are good. All fuses are good. Can someone give me some ideas? Thank you,

Benson - Appreciate all of the work you put into this video! I'm about to undergo this exact procedure with my GF's 2018 - they are Korean though, and I don't want to mess it up :P Her father bas a "basic" set of tools - no extensions, magnets, spark plug sockets, or proprietary Porsche Bit heads/sockets. Would you be able to give me a list of all of the tools you used for the job? Id appreciate it so much - thanks man!

If you have gas coming out, the valve between the ac line and that’s pressure switch it’s leaking, replace that little valve

@@BPROAUTO95 thanks for the reply! :) I don't know what you mean unfortunately. :) I changed the pressure switch when there was no cold air and I saw your video. When I replaced it, gas kept coming so I quickly screwed on the new one. now the fan runs unusually often? :) and it is no longer possible to press the ac button, but that may have to do with the fact that it has not been over 10 degrees outside, perhaps?

@@karinlind1773 when the gas came out, that’s mean refrigerant came out, but there should be a valve inside to stop this, check if the valve is damage, I would just replace the valve
