how about turning to not attacked leg on ADCC rules with straight ankle lock grip? I mean when your foot don't make knee reap of course.

wait what the hell - this is lowkey one of the best analysis / break downs i've seen. It's so simple, calling out key details, no fluff and straight to the point with great examples. Great stuff.

Sorry but he is definitely not a Black Belt! He has less passing skill than some of our experienced white belts. The PB is doing great but cmon - a regular black belt in his weight class should submit him or at least give him a long and hard fight. A heavier one should always win

Hello. Sorry for my English. Today I watched your wonderful video about how to learn by watching matches. I have a few questions. I will be grateful if you answer them. How many contractions per day do you analyze? How long does the analysis of the fight take if it lasts 7-10 minutes?

Hey bro been studying figure 4 guillotine/ninja choke lately and wanted to ask you, how do you keep peoples head down/stop them from sucker dragging when you go to shoot the figure 4/rear naked choke grip? I love this variation because it looks so tight but I seem to struggle with it a lot despite having a pretty solid guillotine otherwise. Even when I lock it they roll flat and their neck seems to get askew so I can't finish. You are obviously a beast with guillotines so was hoping to pick your brain. Thanks for all the great content.

Appreciate the clarity. I stopped training in NoGi because my experience was that there were always a few guys who seemed to be aiming to be MMA champs, and would get way too rough. That's not to say guys in the Gis can't get rough...it just seemed like the NoGi stuff was rougher on a more regular basis. Good rules to impart for new students I think. 👍
