Does alltra machines support true bevel from hypertherm?

Sadly with longer parts, the thinner guage we have noticed rippling between where the dies meet!

Kind of negates the KSI comparison when as noted you handicap the 60k cutting head to the cutting jewel (head) as used on the 94k. Would be a much different result if you fed the correct size cutting head at 60k. Just a thought.

Use to bend material all the time on a break call a CONE. Unfortunately I lost my job 7 months ago, now I am at a new place grinding, clean up material. I do miss working on a break.

Nice, but what I don't fully understand is how you can "extract" the laser power from only a small segment of the excited ring. Or is the animation @1:00 meant to show the light traveling in a "zi zag motion" within the resonator, so the rays will allways go around the circle until they can leave at the top...?
3 жыл бұрын
yeah good question! i think you are correct with your interpretation of the zigzag around the resonator...

I've worked with these tools pretty extensively and can give them very little bad review, the only problem we have is when they get older they start leaving small bend lines where the dies conjoin, but if you put a 20ga wrap on it, it solves the problem nicely and makes a beautiful unmarred part.
