It’s so nice to include family pictures in journals. I was a scrapbooker before I found junk journaling. And I love to be able to incorporate the 2. I’ve been into junk journals since my last 2 grandkids and I find I journal and include them more frequently than I do in scrapbook pages. I’m just more inspired when working in junk journals than when I actually scrapbook pages. I really like your die cut flowers they really do add to your page.

I started paper crafting with scrapbooking and card making. So I really enjoy watching when you include personal photos/memories when making journals, ephemera, etc… I too don’t usually have a plan just grab a variety of things that I think I’ll want to use. And I always grab too much… but I think it just gives you options… lol. I typically just use white glue Aileen’s works for me. I have yet to find a glue stick that works, however I have not tried the brand you are using. I may have to try that. I’m in Ohio so the humidity is terrible on my glue sticks.

I love the idea of using the boxes from DT to add shelves in a cabinet or shelf or even a box that may not have shelves and you may not have the tools or know how to make a shelf from wood, ESP if you live in an apartment, lol! I have a TON of those boxes left after I ordered 2 whole "units" of them from DT, so yaaaa, like 50 boxes, lol! I made a fake Library cabinet with them when they first came out and they were super hard to find....but now, Im like uggh WHAT am I going to do with these things, lol! I stuck them in a bin and there they sit....but now I have a few options I never would have thought of! Thanks so much for sharing!

Lol, I had to pause to say its NOT YOU!! Lol, Its NOT the mold either!! We ALLLLLLLLLLLLL have had a VERRRRRY hard time with that clay! Lol! I had grabbed a few a few YEARS ago tbh, lol, and even tried using it for Gingerbread cookies and watched a few very experienced fake food makers that make a LOT a fake food or "fake bakes" with clay and even THEY had a very hard time with that clay, even making VERY thick "cookies"....not only is it impossible to work with, but it dries not very well either and you have to be super careful with it. I tossed whatever it was I made with mine after cutting maybe 2 fake cookies, lol! It was just not worth the hassle. I still have a pack I just found last week, lol! I laughed and stuck it in a bin, thinking maybe I can make a shredded or grated type topping on a fake Gingerbread shake, lol! I find for my smaller molds, the newer UV clay that sets with a UV light (like what nail artists use), you can get it on Temu & a good amount for $5. Its soooo easy to use, it pops right out of the mold, sets hard as plastic in 20 seconds and is completely paintable. I think for SMALL intricate molds, its easier than clay and no mixing chemicals like with resin, plus it sets faster than both. I wouldnt use it for large molds bc of the cost and clay or resin is far easier...but for the small mold, its PERFECT and you can make a TON with a 2oz, $5 container of it! I just had to jump in and say that its def not you or the mold, its def the clay, lol! =)
