Another lovely house as always!! I would probably switch the kitchen and the living room though 😅 And may be add a sliding door to enter the kitchen from the living room . That way it would give the privacy I need in the kitchen while cooking and still have the opportunity to connect with the rest of the house at other times

Why do you need a huge staircase to the second floor if there is no second floor? The house is completely faceless. There are plenty of them everywhere.

The primary suite is the master bedroom. A lot of people do not say "master" anymore because of the negative term. So a lot of real estate agents are saying "primary suite" for the main or master bedroom in the house.

Great showing, thank you for posting. I like the flloorplan, and overall layout considering it's a retirement community. The cost (value for the money)would be my primary concern.

I’m just breaking ground with a TB build. The entire experience has been flawless. They build luxury homes for very adorable pricing. They offer quick move in ready homes, or build your own.I like that their homes are open concept, functional floors plans, and attention to detail. Totally affordable homes, and worth the investment.

I liked the layout. The architect did a great job and built the staircase to the second floor correctly - it does not block the passage anywhere. In a house that costs less than a million, it turns out that you can create a modern kitchen with beautiful cabinets. The second floor seemed unnecessary to me, but if you work from home, you can arrange a comfortable office.

Beautiful home😊 The only thing is I don't like carpet on the stairs or in bedrooms or anywhere in a home I prefer area rugs I love❤ to see the beauty of the staircase with the wood stairs exposed Just my preference
