Skullcandy higher ups. If you see this then I've 3 things that I want to say. (1)If you want to make sales with the earbuds/headphones/speakers then let the fans have multiple options then 2 colors in some areas such as Black & Bone for some items. (2)If you want to sell batteries then R&D the rechargable batteries that you sell up to 20,000 & 30,000 charge since certain brands such as Energizer sells 20,000 and 30,000 rechargable batteries right now. (3)If at all possible then sell single port USB A, USB C, or sell both single port USB A and USB C wall adapters since not all devices switched over to USB C.

I found a solution from the starter guide that came with the earbuds. Turn off your Bluetooth, then remove both earbuds from the case (make sure they're powered on). Then press the button of BOTH earbuds 4 times. The lights on both should flash red/blue indicating that they're resyncing. Once both flashed blue together 4 times, then it was successful. Once you turn back on Bluetooth and reconnect, they should be working. This is what worked for me. Hopefully, this helps!

Given batteries lose their capacity over time, I wonder if it is really sustainable.

This is for anyone wondering if they're any good- I love them. They're affordable and sound FANTASTIC . Resetting hint follows: I first read the instructions for resetting them. What the instructions DIDN'T mention is: hold both earbuds, one in each hand, and press and hold the skull "button" on both at the same time. Voila.

If it doesn't last long then what's the use 🙋. The saying goes " the ladder company that produces the best ladders will go out of business 1st ". Build something that lasts if you're so green but in term you'll go out of business because people won't need to buy again and again 🤷🤦

How can I turn on/of the mic during a call?

I've tried everything available on the internet, and still can't get both earbuds to play audio at the same time. It's crazy to me how something meant to be so simple can cause so much frustration. Wish these were better.

Honestly not worth your money. I have to return my earbuds because I have had multiple issues with these from charging to pairing correctly they always seem to have a problem. Will never buy these again.
