Glad you listened to the original recording. A 'recent' Stevie Nicks song called "Lady" (written around the same time) was recently released as a single from her From The Vault album. The video is great, Stevie singing at around 70 yrs. of age----takes on a whole new resonance. It's a nice companion piece to "Landslide".

Written for Andy but was too hard for them to perform so they would dedicate Andy’s song Don’t throw it all away our love as a tribute. The song Tears is also about their feelings losing Andy. Dedicated the One album to Andy (he was to have joined them on that album but passed away that year before he could). ❤

I always feel sad when I hear this. On the album it was dedicated to Andy as this was the album that he was going to join them as a BeeGee. It was too painful to sing in public. Then Robin did his own version for Mo when he passed slightly changing the words to reflect on how he felt losing his twin. It caused contention between Rob and Barry which was eventually resolved before Robin passed. Now when I hearing I think of Barry on his own. Heartbreaking. Rip Robin, Mo and Andy. Good health Barry❤

Mo had a drinking problem for years. He went into rehab in 1991 and died in 2003. He died from a twisted intestine which caused him to go into cardiac arrest. The medical examiner said he was likely born with a malformed intestine.
