For anyone about to notch their frame on their s10, if your using 302-1 oil pan. You need to notch more than 9 inches go a little over 10.5 inches. Because it's possible to lose distance after welding.

First lemme say your videos are very informative to the people who haven't done much in the past or are getting started in building. That being said ya come across as condescending Alot of the time, which is purely non intentional, I'm only mentioning this because your videos are very helpful to Alot of folks, I imagine that you do them to help others avoid costly mistakes which is great but sometimes it seems like ya really don't wanna be doing it, this is just my observation. You do a far better job than I ever could .... I know I'm an asshole which makes it impossible for me to do anything like your doing so thanks again and again these are only my observations God bless you and your's

Comes from China probably. Made in the USA don't mean shit when the material comes form China. USA can't make good stuff either today. When Crane Cams went out of business stuff went to hell.

It’s not a flow issue, it just needs to see pressure, it’s similar to your oil pressure sensor tubing.

Beamer and son is a nut job idk why you're sticking up for him, he's a hack who only drives a few of his junkers around his property. He should be turned in for animal abuse for feeding his dogs bread, keeping them chained up and letting stray cats breed all over, that must be your type people or you just started watching. You can tell him I said this too since the coward has me blocked.

I bought Morel hyd roller lifters for my small block Mopar. Part number 5321. They are absolute rubbish. Noisy as hell. Tried a bunch of preloads, tried a bunch of different oils, spring pressure as recommended, block had new bronze lifter bores so clearance was right. All Morel would do is blame everything else but their lifters even though there are many complaints on the internet about the same issues I'm having. Do yourself a favor and buy Johnson or some other brand, even the cheap Chinese knock-off are probably better than Morel. I wish I'd never had bought them. To make it worse on a Mopar you cant get them out unless you remove the heads so for the time being I'm stuck with these noisy stupid things. The customer support for these has also been totally crap. Each time you contact them is just another excuse. I'm seriously considering going back to hyd flat tappet as I'm so sick of drama's with these things. Its embarrassing when people come up to you and start telling you how to adjust the clearance on your solid lifters because your doing it wrong. Then you tell them they are hydraulics and they cant believe the noise.
@dntlss5 ай бұрын
The noise is not a indication there is something wrong thats going to fail, they just make noise,I'm not a dealer for Morel or a sponsor,Ive just used them twice and i never had problems except for the noise,you might ask "so why did you used them twice? first time i bought them for a engine i was building and the second time a builder put them in for a engine i bought, they were already in there and i didn't feel like doing a teardown,one of the engines i still have, with 80 thousand miles and the other i sold at 30k miles. On the engine i have left its usually on the passenger side,once it warms up it pretty much just goes away but its still there faintly, i have heard the noise is worse on big blocks lifters, my engines are small block Fords,if i build another engine i will not use them but again, they have done what they are supposed to do,Ive also heard that certain oils cause them to make more noise than other oils,if you are going to charge that kinda money for lifters they should be quiet as a church mouse, thats why we all buy expensive stuff, to be a cut above everyone else,the noise kinda ruins everything for most people.
