Could you do one for rear delts and side delts (mainly rear since u showed side and front delts in this)? I feel like lots of people don't really train that and overdo the front delt. Thanks if you can reply!

Things is your biceps are big because you can fit like im assuming 3-4 fingers through the 90 degrees gap. People like me with 0-2 finger gap is harder to get our bicep bigger, but our bicep is more full. These exercises arent bad though if you don't have dumbbells are pull up bar

You're right, after go’ogling around I didn't realize that Simmy Krotiel's Bigger Blueprint was updated and you can make it bigger even faster, yep, what Simmy suggested before was pretty good, but now it can grow up to 4 ins, I managed 3 ins myself and I feel like a monster lol

You can put these movements in a program for yourself and practice weekly or you can practice two days a week, the duration of the practice should not be more than one hour. I have uploaded videos of all the muscles and you can easily train every muscle in one day
