your videos are not SEO-friendly. you must do video SEO to get good results. SEO increases views, If you can increase the views, you will be able to advance your channel a lot. what is the benefit of making a video so hard? If views, likes, subscribers are not? So I say, first organize the channel nicely, SEO the videos and then release the videos, then you will get good results. This will benefit you a lot, you will be able to improve your channel with very little cost. Seo

California and other blue states have been destroying businesses because of rules and regulations But when rules are regulations are to improve the economy and make a better way of life better they're not bad in fact they're good it's only when they are made to make people suffering they're bad.

Have you noticed the global warming and that WOOD houses BURN quite easily these days? lol It's absolutely comical to me that people just don't get it yet.
You know it's not affordable for the average home buyer when they don't put the price in the video or description.

@@bozemanrealestategroup whats the problem with just listing the price on the video. Why is that such a big problem?

Listing prices can change so we leave it off the video. There is always a link included in the description that will take you to the listing website and give you all the details, including if it is still active.@@DrAlexanderHamilton

Visited my brother in November over a decade ago in Bozeman. I could only see 5 months of the year living there, never the cold months. Easy decision. To bad that Kali does not share Montana politics. My suggestion is for conservative states to not be very welcoming to cancerous lefties who are considering a move to such states.

It's difficult to find a realtor who will tell you not to buy a place when the place is not worth the price. If a realtor tells you what is a good deal and what is a bad deal that's the realtor you need. If they tell you all properties are good and just want to close a deal asap that means they only care about their commission than the buyer.

you aren’t supposed to use your personal biases to steer clients . as clients it’s important to do your due diligence , and ask your agent to provide data on any interested properties to help you
@SimonCU10 ай бұрын
@@bangladeshirealtor I think many realtors are using their personal biased to steer clients. That's how they sell the property. They have to make everything sound good to steer them to give an offer. Some realtors will tell the client place a bid with no contingency. If you speak to many realtors you will know they are biased towards the selling of a property. That's why many clients never go back to the same realtor unless they are truly not biased but more care for the client. Some clients go back the same realtor for a reason. Some even leave the realtor and look for another realtor while at the middle of looking for a place. So it's really the realtor interest not to loose a client. Best for the realtor to have a good relationship with the client than only think of personal gain.
@SimonCU10 ай бұрын
@@bangladeshirealtor and I think a client like to hear that the realtor is not only interested in trying to close a property.. sometimes clients appreciate a realtor if they are honest because if a client doesn't like the property and the realtor still wants to sell it then the relationship is not good. There are a lot of realtors now and it's difficult to sell in this high interest rate market so it's not worth loosing a client.
@bangladeshirealtor10 ай бұрын
@@SimonCU if a client doesn’t like a property , we move onto the next one lol . we don’t try to sell them just one house , there are plenty to choose from in most cases . why would you lose a client by saying the house isn’t your cup of tea ?

It was cold as heck..me being from pasadena calif. was not used to the cold ..however I got used to it went back for 4 more seasons in yellowstone.. one of the best experiences of my life..got to celebrate the old faithful inn's 100th anniversary.
