I’m glad Christian found the drywall sander! Most paint rollers will screw onto a pole so you can go the whole ceiling and walls in 30 minutes or less with that!

As someone who did renovations and lived in the home with little ones it is not an easy task. It does take much longer because you can't both be working on it. This was many years ago for me. One small thing to think about, I know the room is small and adding a closet would make it even smaller, but if it doesn't have a closet I don't know if you can count it as a bedroom if you do sell it. I am not a realtor, but I am pretty sure bedrooms have to have closets to count as a bedroom. You are really transforming this home one room at a time!

Girl! I opened a wall one time, and had a family of garter snakes come crawling out! I am a retired police officer, so I’m not scared of much. But…snakes are a phobia of mine. Got a hotel room, and called in the professionals.

What cleaning products do you clean the tub eith that wont ruin the paint?

Contact paper will melt near your stove and it does not work on countertops. The wallpaper is very easy to remove you get a spray bottle and you wet it with hot water and it comes right off.

I was actually cleaning the kitchen watching this, no beverage haha Sometimes I feel like planning a trip is more fun than actually being away. I love checking the areas, hotels and restaurants. I'm currently planning a Japan trip for my extended family and me. I've been planning for months and now the booking phase starts and I start panicking when the slots are taken already. But I try to see it as a challenge to restructure if needed.

Bless you! I've been looking for a way to upgrade bathtub, but I'm in an apartment. I think I will still do it - the pink is killing me. Hopefully, they will see it as an upgrade. I considered buying a tub mold to drop in as a temporary fix, but this looks great.
