New research about linolinic acid fats are bad for you. Search youtube linolinic acid causes inflamation. Better to eat fish or take fish oil pills. Good luck.

First, none of the fruits mentioned are provided by nature. Every single one of them has been modified by humans via selective breeding and sometimes gene manipulation. Second, there are zero essential nutrients that are only available form plant sources. Every nutrient required by humans are available from animal products. Exactly what is your evidence that your suggestions lead to longer life rather than the reality of inflammation, diabetes and all of the diseases associated with those things.
