I would recommend using native platforms and insights if you're just starting out. However, when you start to take on clients, just work the cost of Cloud Campaign into your fees with the client OR you can white label the software and require your client to take that cost on while you manage them inside of Cloud Campaign. Many options, but Cloud is actually more affordable than most

You can use any size! Powerpoint or even A4 works too. You often see agencies use powerpoint decks, I think that's what the older generations did in more traditional agencies (hence why its taught in college ha)

If you spend time designing in order Adobe programs for your cartoons (which I'm assuming), I would 100% recommend Adobe Express. They also have access to a lot fo AI tools for assets and creativity which can be fun for cartoons. Give it a try and see what you like!

Have clients set up 2FA and login on them when you're on a call with them. We have never had any issues.

Grids are overrated. You can integrate all Adobe’s design tools with Adobe Express if you need high level design software

I would try to post as much text-based as possible. It depends on the format! You can add Threads (multiple posts) in one Thread for more lengthy content, but keep it short for others.

What about the content? I'm starting a service offering social media management. But I'm confused about the photos videos. Do we have to create these by physically being at the location of the bussines? Or do they create them and we add captions ect? I only work with local businesses

Great question! It's out of scope for a social media manager to go on site and create the content (you can charge for that however), but otherwise you coordinate content with the client, create a guideline on what you would need in terms of video or photos, and the social media manager can take care of editing and graphics for social from there!

Been a social media manager + strategist for 2 years. Started with junior roles of community management and moderation, and went my way up to content creation and personal branding but still getting the same junior level roles for jobs - it is very frustrating. We don't have a said JD. I have done graphic designing + content creation + content scheduling/posting + moderation. I was thinking of switching to product marketing.

I need your help!❤️ I'm trying to launch a project on Instagram from a new account with no followers, but the algorithms aren't giving my videos any visibility, so I'm not getting any views at all. The problem isn't the content quality, but the lack of an audience since I don't have any other established accounts to drive traffic from. I'm considering running promotions for each video. What do you think about this approach?

There are a couple of things you can do and some of them should do: continue to create content, videos are still great for visibility (get better at your videos, if you're not getting the views then it simply doesn't resonate with people), don't over produce your videos either, make sure you're showing your face, engage proactively with other accounts like you're networking, collaborate with other accounts to get in front of their audience, go live with other accounts, to name a few!

Oh my God this is the story of my life, I'm so disorganized, I use to create content, edit and post everyday. ( i post 3 times a day😢, i spent my whole day doing this, I'm a mom of two, to cap it all, it's a voluntary role to build my portfolio maybe i can get a job😢) I'm really burnout right now I'm thinking of abandoning this career path but you just motivate me. I think what i need is organisation.
