Don't use alcohol over 70%. It evaporates too quickly. Also, always vent the pressure cooker, with the weight off, for about fifteen minutes.

Nice vid, though there are a few errors made... Do not seal your bag prior to PCing, as the steam needs to have a pathway to inside the bag. Fold, sterilise, and then only should you seal. Pop corn does not need soaking 24h, and defo not mixing every 4h. I soak and cook other grains, but pop corn only needs washing and cooking prior to sterilising.
