Looks good! And don't worry about the people complaining about butter, oil works perfectly fine, just a bit of a different taste. Though it has less water. Really, recipes are just a suggestion and substitutions should be encouraged more.

no, sorry, oil doesn't... it just looks as if it does, but is very very unhealthy and detrimental to ones health and wellbeing especially seed oils (soybean, sunflower, flax, ripe etc) if you really need plant oil -> use coconut oil or even olive (not EVOO)... best are animal fats - stable, not oxidising easily and taste great.. 👍💯

@@peteroz7332Please stop spreading misinformation. Animal fats are much higher in saturated fat, and coconut oil is also high in it. Olive oil is good, but don't use virgin if you're going to cook with it because it has a strong taste. Better for salads or garnishing after cooking. Refined olive oil is fine for cooking. As for oxidising, that's just a matter of correctly storing and using the oil.

I just hope that you will find the truth BEFORE something bad happens to your health.. as a first step on the right pathway I wholeheartedly and sincerely recommend for you to watch one or all of the following people: dr ken berry, dr anthony chaffee, dr shawn baker , (they might seem too radical rlto you at first)... maybe a bit more moderate (as for your liking) ‐> dr sten ekberg, dr eric berg, dr eric westman.. 👍💪‼️💥💯 I hope that you'll have a look and find facts that you seem to have been kept away from..
