You know Taylor, when you said Strategise! I was like Yeah! That’s the reason why I fail the challenge. I need to time block to think about my goals, strategies and expectations from this 75Hard challenge. Thank you! 🙏🏽

Your content is exceptional. I highly recommend focusing on optimizing your KZfaq videos for search engines, also known as KZfaq SEO. KZfaq SEO involves improving your videos to rank higher in search results and increase their visibility. To start, conduct thorough research to identify relevant keywords for your content and incorporate them into your video title, description, and tags. It is crucial to create eye-catching thumbnails and compelling titles that will attract viewers to click. Encourage your audience to engage with your videos by liking, commenting, and subscribing, as this will greatly improve your rankings. Consistency is key when it comes to posting and promoting your videos on various social media platforms. Additionally, ensure that you optimize your channel by completing all profile sections and organizing your videos into playlists. Regularly monitoring analytics will enable you to track your performance and make necessary adjustments to your strategy.

Amazing!! I’m beyond impressed! Just a few notes for others who are thinking about starting (because a lot of people seem to miss these things). For the water - it has to be plain, non-carbonated water. No flavorings, electrolytes, etc. - just plain old water. You can drink enhanced water, but it does NOT count toward your gallon for the day. You have to wait at least 3 hours after finishing one workout before you start the next one. No back to back stuff. You also can’t split-up the 45 minute workout - it’s 45 minutes solid, twice per day. The outside workout has to be uncovered. So, not under a carport, awning or even umbrella If you start a book and don’t like it - too bad. You have to read it in its entirety before you start another one. Here’s the link to Andy getting a bit more down and dirty with the rules. help.andyfrisella.com/en-US/75-hard-154492

Question for workout OUTSIDE CAN I use Yard Work at the stables as a work out, so 30mins of cleaning horse paddocks THEN 20mins of Walking horses on the ground , leading them around as 45 min outside workout AS a strategy. I do a load of sport , I'm a bodybuilder and do weights in the morning n do this BEFORE horse care ..... ???????

I just started my second round of 75hard! Last summer I completed 73 days before getting the covi.. so I had to stop! Now i'm on day 8, and I'm documenting it all on my channel! 🤩🤩 So motivating to watch your channel! I just subscribed!

I'm on day 3 again. I realized 13 days in that I misunderstood one of the rules-I was breaking up one of the workouts into two separate that equaled 45mins. I had a breif thought of moving ahead anyway, but I'm glad I decided to restart and do the deal.

I was expecting so see a comment about how she technically didn’t complete the live hard program because she treated 75 Hard as Phase 1 when Phase 1 is totally separate from the initial 75 Hard program

Do you have your progress pics? I’ve seen a few videos gearing up for the straight 75, and the most inspiring thing about all of them is the before-&-afters. Thanks! 👍🏻💪🏻

The progress pic every day is the part I don’t like. I don’t want those photos on my phone. 😂 Maybe I should get a Polaroid camera.

I created an album/folder for them, and I believe Apple phones have an option for "hidden albums," so they aren't as accessible on your phone by anyone else. That said, polaroids certainly would be fun!

Really a video that I enjoyed, I discovered the channel at the end of 2021 moreover during a very dark period, let's say where the same thing happened all my life was wavering following certain events. Some of your videos have helped me. Thank you so much for this content. My year 2022 looks strangely like your year 2021, I've been trying since the beginning to understand and learn who I am and what I want to be it's not easy every day, like a breaking wave waves every day the pain, the fears, the stress goes up and down but I think this is a year that will be a kind of renewal for me! Anyway, I'll stop there, I haven't read all your past content yet, but you are still radiant with life! I will follow the progress and why not participate in the growing of Create Confidence community! :). From, France.

I just found you today. How are you doing a year later since you're 1 year on 75 hard protocol are you still following it for the most part.? I have been watching his different videos and I have attempted it very half-heartedly a couple of times. I'm 61 years old have some health issues that are improving the more I lose weight I have already gone from 218 to 140 times I know this is not a weight loss program but I know most everybody loses some weight if that is their desire and they follow their particular healthy eating plan because it is supposed to be a healthy eating plan no junk food. Anyway I would like to have you send me the tracker that you were talking about? And I'm going to watch this again

I have done the 75 hard program twice. Did not have a failure either time but came damn close several times. The first time was amazing. I did it about 2 weeks behind Andy when he introduced it circa Mar 2019. I changed careers, started making more money, was able to think super clearly, was extremely even-keeled, and was not afraid of, or concerned about, shit because I knew I'd be able to work through it. After a while I started drifting away from those good habits I developed. I decided to do it again to re-center myself...Equally as amazing. Finished this last Dec. Recently, I thought maybe I'll do the whole live hard. Then I did the math. So If I want to do the whole live hard program, I have to do 75hard again....Hey, that's the nature of the challenge. No modifications. You either do 75Hard or you don't. You either do the Live Hard program, or you don't....no compromise....You have a pretty good video here. However, there is one thing that should be made clear to the folks watching. Andy has made it clear several times: the initial 75Hard program IS NOT Phase 1. The initial 75Hard program is the precursor to Live Hard phase 1. Phase 1, 2, and 3 are each 30 days long. Secondly, you can prepare for it all you want but inevitably this program will seem like an inconvenience at one point or another. There is no avoiding that. But remember, when some event is coming up that you may (or may not ) attend and you feel like you're missing out because you can't eat certain foods, or you need to do your 2nd workout, or you can't drink alcohol, you're not missing out. You're investing in yourself. That's the truth.

I'm on day 42 and had no idea about the year program. There have been some challenges where I've been injured but got my 2 workouts in anyway, but overall it hasn't been that hard to stick with. I have it easier than some because I work from home and can get my workouts and water in and the weather has been nice every day. I'm so happy I spent the $5 for the app because it's so easy to track everything and you can even set a reminder. I love that your business has doubled! I'm signing up for your bookclub now!!!
