You're absolutely right. You are responsible for what you put in your body. However, all he has to do is prove 2 things. 1.) The amount in the system doesn't affect performance. (That's already been proven because it's a low-level contamination) 2.) That he had that he had no intention to cheat (if it's contamination, then that shows he had no intention of cheating)

Olde news buddy he sent an opened sample to a place that was not cleared by NYSAC. There is good reason why they ask for an unopened sample from the same lot and batch… he did not follow obvious protocols and you will find that this “evidence” is absolutely inadmissible

That's because with SIXTY TIMES the legal amount of Ostarine in his system PLUS when you add to this the fact that Garcia weighed in at over 3 lbs over the weight limit, now you can understand why he was able to dominate Haney the way he did. In practical terms it means that Garcia would have been at least 2 to 3 times stronger than usual! He would have 2 to 3 times more endurance than usual! He would have been 2 to 3 times faster than usual AND would have had 2 to 3 times more power than usual! Therefore in my humble opinion RYAN GARCIA SHOULD BE GIVEN AT LEAST A TEN-YEAR BAN FROM BOXING........IF NOT A LIFE TIME BAN!

Not sure if you saw the live but Ryan has been cleared of any wrongdoing in fact the director of the NY state athletic commission just retired on the same day Ryan was cleared. Vada has came out stating that the original positive came from tainted supplements and the follow up B sample has cleared him. This is why you wait before condemning people. On VADA's website there is a page dedicated with a "WARNING in regards to Osterine being found in supplements and the distributors aren't putting it on their label and over 110 false positives have been reported since 2017". Dan Raphael (the reporter that broke the story) has now apologized saying he jumped the gun and says he should have waited until B sample was received. This looks worse for Devin now cuz he went on ESPN talking about "I felt something was wrong" Only thing Devin felt was Ryan's left hook
