My question is simply this, in the beginning of your tutorial you hit the sync button once on each CDJ. Is this something you only do once or do you have to hit the sink button again throughout your set?

imagine how much noise they made as a trio! (Amelia did the screams back in the early years.) I'd never heard anything quite like it, aggressive but profoundly tuneful at the same time. DMT was the one that got me hooked (RIP 12-Bar Club), still an unsurpassed garage masterpiece.

I've only just started djing as a side hobby...and I mean JUST started lol. I have watched plenty of tutorials from different sources, and Crossfader's tutorial videos are the most precise and exact. They truly teach from the ground up, and I imagine the ones for the more experienced DJ are just as good and thorough.

If you don't have the "club ready essentials", i would be more concerned with who is doing the bookings, and how your are getting booked in a club with a CDJS.. lol That being said, CDJs ARE NOT the club standard it is made out to be. I have been spinning professionally for 8 years, all across the americas, never walked into a club where the house kit was CDJS...

I've been playing in clubs for 20 years and have never been to a club without CDJs since the mid 00s (when 1200s were the standard before fading away to CDJs).
