The pump pliers that were used to remove the “old” shower head were being used the wrong way 😂. The second time was correct 👍

It’s not that great really. Took out the restrictor it’s now awesome

Bought this like 3 months ago and the pressure dropped from my favorite setting.The water flow from the pipe is still forceful but the waterpik shower head just stop. Not happy at all.

don't want to buy a new shower head for my new apt. I brought this from my old apt. So the ? is can you add a water filter for hard water? if so how? We have hard water sometimes depends on humidity and I hate the weak shower head the apt bldg provided.

This is the worst shower head!! We bought this crap 6 months ago and now we got a better one than this without having to have 2. Just get the shower head with the beads inside the shower head, it's the best. Get it from Amazon!!

This shower head was easy to install within a few minutes, and looks great! I've been using a cheap-o plastic shower head with no adjustable functions, and this is an excellent upgrade. I really like that this showerhead is brushed nickel rather than chrome coated plastic, and the head is sturdy and solid. I love all of the different settings, and the massage ones are excellent for getting clay masks out of my long hair quickly! I'm definitely going to be glad for this showerhead when I henna my hair again- that stuff is so hard to wash out with low pressure. I also like how flexible this hose is compared to the cheap plastic one I had- it's much easier to move the hose around, and keep the hose out of the way. This showerhead is well built, and seems like it can hold up to a lot of use in my shower. It even comes with a hair catcher (I needed one of those) and some thread tape. I love this showerhead, and it's a great deal for the price! Thank you, this really helped. It had been a long time since I'd put one up. I'm not sure how many Waterpik shower heads I've had. They're like a hair dryer - you use them until they finally die and then go get a new one. I think the last one I bought lasted about 10-12 years.

Ok so recently my family bought one of these but it was manufactured incorrectly, and the spot where you attach the handheld to the main body is upside down, is there any way to remedy this without having to buy a brand new one.

I love ours! Had it almost two years but it started leaking in a place where I can’t get into it to fix. Do you have a repair video that might help me? Thanks!
