Very nice explanation. It clearly helps me make sure I got it right. Straight to the point, easy to understand. It is important because many tech guys would just not allow you to understand by picking complex terminology. This is often what we lack in explaining technology. I believe everyone could understand it should it be popularizes properly. Some would argue one is too lazy to understand. The truth is they are too lazy to explain.

wow you sound quite young.. nice explanation, makes it very easy to understand.. but remember, a watering hole attack is targeted.. when a hacker cant get into their targets network, the hacker poisons the watering hole, which in this case is a website that the target is known to frequently visit and when they do visit said website, he gains access to the target through the poisoned site (the watering hole)... keep it up and keep it ethical :D
