Just watching how I blasted all over the "place" in less than a month was shocking, I used what I talked about the other day, and although it actually took about 5 weeks for my volume to double, I just go'ogled Jan Venstaker's Shooting Ropes and her reaction has been priceless!

Is there any proof or publication where you can say "increase in gpx activity may occur to elevated oxidative stress as body attempts to counteract ROS"
@HealthAggregator4 ай бұрын
Thank you for your question! There are several research studies that support the relationship between increased GPx activity and elevated oxidative stress. I can provide you with some references if you're interested.

What if I take them seperately?
@HealthAggregator8 ай бұрын
This is a little bit different. We are talking about bioactivity of Mg and with aminoacid such as taurate it has increased bioactivity.
@enalo62618 ай бұрын
@@HealthAggregator but is the secert in chemical process and how they fuse them together, or just dropping taurine in some mag will do the same?
@HealthAggregator8 ай бұрын
Don't know exactly but I suppose they use taurate amino acid to enhance bioavailability of Mg tablet. This is the main reason. It should not related to a taurine supplements which you may use separately.

Retatrutide won’t have FDA approval for at least another 2 years… meaning that if you use it before then, you’re using a quite possibly unsafe ‘research grade’ version of it. I’d wait until they work the bugs out. Some of the side effects reported so far are quite serious, such as heart arrhythmia. 😮 💓

Is .93 d-dimer blood test result high?
@HealthAggregator11 ай бұрын
Hi! Whether a D-dimer result of 0.93 ng/mL or µg/mL is considered high or not depends on the specific reference range provided by the laboratory that conducted the test. Reference ranges can vary slightly from one laboratory to another, so it's essential to compare your result to the reference range provided with your test report.

"long-term, high-dose zinc supplementation interferes with the uptake of copper. Thanks for your comment! But there are plenty of supplements with copper as well. So, this is just an option.
