Arrived this morning to this hotel. Very disappointed !!! Beside the location which is ok, the hotel is not a real 4*. It's surrounded by buildings, the corridors walls and carpets are not very clean and the worst is the restaurant. The food is awful. Not very much choice. The salad bar is good but the rest is very limited and not tasty.

Entertainment is excellent throughout the day and night…. I must say the hotel at the end of the hiss packs that bit more of a punch when it comes to entertainment but you can access all 3. More to do for smaller kids in holiday world where Polynesia is great for kids but more suitable for older families we feel. ( would appreciate a subscribe) thanks!

Hi. You can only have your meals at your designated hotel but on entertainment nights for the kids you can have your drinks…. Personally the food in Polynesia is incredible!

Thanks Mick! We’ve really been back and forth between Polynesia and holiday village. But because we’ve got a 6 and 3 year old we’ve decided on HV with it being closer to the water park. Will be sure to visit Polynesia as well! Thanks for you help

Hi…. We went there in October 23 and entertainment was still in full flow….not overly busy that time of year which is great around the pool and more attention from the staff. Enjoy! ( would appreciate a subscribe, thanks.)

Thanks. We have 3 kids, and the smalest will be 2 and half. Would the rooms be big enuf. They all seem to be 1 bed suites.

@@johnoleary5612 hi John. The suite is best suited for 2 adults and 2 kids. Id recommend the 2 year old go in the bedroom with you guys and the older ones to the living room where couch fold to 2 single beds….

@mickadvisor3187 thanks for the info. It's just some of the websites that say max 4 occupants, and some say 5. I'm just trying to figure out if they allow 5 in a suite. It's strange that all the suites only have 2 beds in the bedroom. You would think they would have at least a few larger suites. I see some of them have quite large balconies. Im might go for one of them. At least we could chill out there while the kids are sleeping.

Hi…. When you exit the hotel just turn right…. This is where all the action happens. About 1 km down you can walk along the beach where there is endless bars leading into the marina. That said…. When you exit the hotel and turn right across the road a few hundred yards down is cocos bar where the atmosphere is great and the beer cheap….. the closer you move to the marina the prices literally double! Lo que paso es que durante todo ese partido, todo el equipo americano al igual que los fans americanos, estuvieron burlándose de jayson Shaw. Cuando jayson no pudo meter un 4, alguien le grito “buen tiro” por eso es que el celebro así y por eso corrió a la esquina de los americanos

For context, Shaw was animated like that towards Dennis Hatch (one of the US players watching from the stands) because Hatch was sharking him the entire match and pretty much being an asshole the entire Cup. There was nothing personal towards anyone else in the crowd, it was strictly directed at Hatch. Jayson is generally a good dude, respectful of the game, and plays by the rules and etiquettes. His reputation has gotten a bad rap because of this moment, very similarly to how Joshua Filler is often negatively perceived because of some boisterous moments during Mosconi Cups, even though he's a pretty good guy as well. All in all, this event is supposed to be fun and high spirited, where the fans are heavily involved and the players celebrate every little win... it's the only time of year they get to be like this, so I'm all for it.

Hatch, is very bull shit guy. Once he did not give his hand to Joshua when he lost to him. Jayson αnd Joshua have a very good heart. It can be seen from their face. Hatch, no good dude.

A quick google shows that a custom made snooker cue costs up to $2000. However, a high end pool cue can cost up to $200. So snapping a few in frustration is not such a big deal.

I think that's what makes events like the Mosconi Cup so special. Same with golf...you have the normal tournaments and then there is the Ryder Cup where the audience is drunk and loud and the pros show more emotions.
