True crime messes with my mental health so much. I get so depressed, it increases my anxiety so much and puts me overall in a bad mental health state. I don't watch that anymore and my mood is a lot better.

girl sameee, ive been watching true crime. i usually watch true crime but i watched one last wk and it literally took me 3hrs to fall asleep. if you want to watch another true crime i really suggest night stalker: the hunt for the serial killer. its been by far the best TC ive ever watched but it made me so so paranoid.
