my life has been kind of depressing as well as my interests lately so getting a special interest that’s actually happy is nice

It's so weird I didn't know about mother 1 and 3 only Earthbound for a long time. I never played any of them, but I just have to play them soon. This song is nostalgia inducing even though I heard this like under two years ago for the first time. Absolutely beautiful and sad sounding at once.

Earthbound is my childhood game; I played the game when I was 9 years old. Got the Player’s Guide at the same time too. The music in this game is so phenomenal-So is this cover. I stumbled across this cover when I was 14, but I’m leaving a comment now, at 16, due to just forgetting and getting lost in the music. The fact that Catherine sang this song when she was only 14…dang. That is straight up incredible. This song came out in 1989, 2 or 3 months after Mother 1 was released in Japan.
