I have to agree. This is too much. I think it should be at least the case that all columns are available with each tier (since its hard to learn a new software when you"re facing individual limitations) and the professional user amount should be higher for the business and enterprise plan. You will have to pay on top of the already high baseline either way if you use glide as a business tool if you consider yourself an enterprise. Google Appsheet is really cheap in comparison, even though its half as intuitive.

so once you complete the app and publish it you will still need to pay monthly? Will you ever fully own your app? not asking to be rude but i was consider getting Glide to build an app. Is it better to have someone develope an app for me if i am building an app where 1000 may be logging in daily.

yes, you need to pay monthly for hosting, AI, backend, updates, etc. We have Glide apps with thousands of users using it, and it's definitely a great solution... you don't have to thing about servers, security, distribution, etc... Glide handles all of that for you for a nominal fee. Check out the Maker plan, you'll pay around 50/mo for unlimited, personal users. lowc.dev/glide

@@lowcodeagency The reason I ask is because I think Glide AI is priced very fairly for text ($0,01 or 1 edit/answer, comparable to the open AI pricing) but for example for document text recognition (OCR) the price is ($0,05 or 5 edits) per document while Google Cloud Vision is $0,0015 per document for OCR and the first 1000 are free each month (which would cost $50 with Glide. So I would think you use Glide AI or Open AI for text AI and Google Cloud Vision for the OCR? ;-)
