This is AMAZING thank you for posting! I was actually a Workhouse Kid in this production from 2009 to 2010 and I think this is actually my group you've filmed! I didn't know if I'd ever see a recording of my group! AMAZING memories holy moly.

You know, Lee Mead only got the role of Joseph here because he won the singing contest show titled Any dream will do.

Ok- Roxie… Michelle DeJean (mid tour replacement) I’m so glad I found this! I saw this cast in October of 2005 when I was a student house manager at Popejoy Hall in Albuquerque, NM. I had a professor who somehow got us a meet and greet with the cast in form of a pot luck (we cooked). I made a blackened chicken over pasta and while no one touched the pasta for it being heavy, I had a lot of praise for my chicken. Now, I remember seeing Kevin Kline and Bruce Willis respectively during the show’s short stop. Bruce at the time was dating Michelle and the cast was buzzing about it. I remember everyone telling me “oh, you’re going to live in NY” one day. Fast forward a couple years and I ended up in the same building as two of the cast members (they remembered my chicken!) and later served Brenda Braxton and a few friends drinks at a piano bar I was working at in my twenties. This is my dream cast for so many reasons, but I’ll always remember how phenomenally nice everyone was let alone talented.

Cameron Mackintosh is preparing a new production of Oliver! in London. Unfortunately, the Artful Dodger is supposed to be played by a 17-year-old actor. What a terrible idea! I very much doubt that he will be able to sing the notes as they were written.

If I were the Captain, I'd seriously reconsider the way he's been running this place, ever since his wife died, before he loses the respect of his own family and staff.

I bought this cast album back in the 1990's after seeing a local production of "Oliver!" I couldn't stop playing it for months on end! I wish I could have seen this London production in person. This Nancy has to be my favorite!

We wanted GREAT seats to see this production and had to buy tickets 9 months in advance to score 6th-row center orchestra seats. I've seen dozens of Broadway shows over the years, including half a dozen with Nathan Lane. I've never had a more incredible theater experience before or since seeing Nathan & Faith Prince in this, the greatest Broadway show of all time! It's amazing that you were able to record it.

John Loesser gave me house seats to see this show. It was a spectacular evening that I'll never forget. I played "Miss Adelaide" in my Wildwood High School performance. Years later, I got Faith Prince's autograph on the original Playbill from the 1950's. I'm still a fan.
