If the killer had been a man, the only comments her would only be about describing him as a monster deserving of nothing buy the death penalty. But when a woman is on the other end of the gun, then the narrative is one of compassion and acknowledging the pain she must have been going through due to mental health problems. Men are treated like monsters for their criminal behavior while women are sought to be understood for their mental suffering and shown empathy.

Misleading title. Bobby Joe Long found literally 0 of his victims through the classifieds. What can you expect from an uploader who just robs content from his superiors and betters? What I can tell you is that Bobby Joe would have let victim Loudenbach live, but she talked smack to him after the sexual assault and oissed him off, so he killed her.

1984- Tampa Bay Florida - Watch the video first and then read the comments if you want to. Two little boys found a decomposing body of a nude woman. There was a serial killer on the loose selecting targets as the killer went on selecting the women to rape and kill and he was Bobby Joe Long. After several killings the turn of Lisa McWay came up and she allowed the killer to rape her for over 24 hours without protest or fighting and the killer allowed her to go as she promised to be his secret Girlfriend and that was the incident that the killer rapist was caught as the victim was able to identify the rapist killer from police photographs. Killer confessed to nine murders ! Police believed he may have raped more than fifty women and maybe killed more. Bobby Joe Long was executed in 2019 in State of Florida at the age of 65.

Insanity in s criminal case is based off the M’Naughton (pronounced like McNaughton) which is all defendants are presumed to be sane unless they can prove that-at the time of committing the criminal act-the defendant’s state of mind caused them to (1) not know what they were doing when they committed said act, or (2) that they knew what they were doing, but did not know that it was wrong. A common example for the second prong is if a person is acting on orders from “God.”

Lisa mcvey is a well known case! I live in Tampa Bay area. She became a cop after her horrendous ordeal. She's had a movie made on her story and goes on many crime shows repeating her story. Now she is protecting others in Tampa Bay! A true story of survival and then helping to keep streets safe! Look her name up. Her story is a true inspiration!

My guess and just a guess. Certain things have lot numbers such as tile carpet etc so that the coloring is the same. So many of a certain lot number are sold and are put on record. Lot numbers are for each batch made. The only reason I thought of this is from me trying to match tile and carpet years ago oh and wood flooring too. I had to replace here and there so bought them. I didn't realize until I installed that lot numbers matter!! Different color or patern variations. Slight but it can be pinpointed to a lot and batch made. I'm not a forensic scientist by any means but it is my guess from replaing small amounts of flooring and was told lot numbers matter. I hope this helps with your question. It's the best I can figure from watching crime shows and what I have experience.

I hate the idea that the culture isn’t the problem, or the guns, or anything and that its just bullying. I was bullied, i was abused, I have OCD so I literally have thoughts in my head saying to hurt people. I could not imagine actually hurting a single human. I couldn’t even punch one unless they were tryna hurt my friend or sm. America needs to change. I’m in Japan right now and no one here thinks their kids might die at freaking school.
